    Camping in the second largest cave chamber in the world (B, L, D)

     08:30 AM- Pick up from Glory Bower hotel.

    Your guide will meet you at the lobby area of the hotel and we will start the trip towards Wadi Daykah,to crossimg this wadi is to explore the Omani mountains and their natural diversity. The wadi is an extension of similar wadis in Ash Sharqiyah Region. About 120 wadis converge into its path, which stretches from WilayatDimmaWaTa’iyeen in Al Sharqiyah governorate to its estuary in WilayatQurayat, Muscat Governorate. It is one of the year-round flowing wadis. Then we cross the mountain towards Wadi Al Arbiyeen, The wadi cleaves a deep furrow in the flank of the A'Sharqiyah Al Hajar Mountains. An abundance of water characterizes the area, where deep pools are found in the wadi. Four villages on both banks form Wadi Al Arbiyeen. These villages are famous for the cultivation of palm trees, bananas, lemon and mango trees. Then we proceed to Bimmah Sinkhole, it is a spectacular limestone crater created many years ago by a collapsing mountain and filled with blue-green sea water – a real wonder of nature that is definitely worth a look. Then we go to Salma Plateau where a famous cave is located. Majlis Al Jinn Cave is considered one of the largest underground caves in the world.  It was first discovered by accident while searching for carbonate rocks in a quest to discover deep underground water reserves.

    Ash Sharqiyah Desert Safari (B, L, D)

    08:30 AM- We start our trip by crossing the Mountain to Wadi Taiyeen, it is located in Al Sharqiyah South Governorate and extends over 80 kilometers (49.71 miles) across Al Hajar Mountains on Bidbid – Sur Road 92 kilometers (57.17 miles) from Muscat.  And lastly we drive towards Ash Sharqiyah Sands (formerly Wahiba Sands) is a region of desert in Oman. The region is named for the Wahiba tribe. The area is defined by a boundary of 180 kilometers (110 mi) north to south and 80 kilometers (50 mi) east to west, with an area of 12,500 square kilometers (4,800 sq mi). The desert has been a scientific interest since a 1986 expedition by the royal geographical society documented the diversity of the terrain, the flora and fauna, noting 16,000 invertebrates as well as 200 species of other wildlife, including avifauna. They also documented 150 species of native flora.

    Cross the desert toRas Al Ruwaysand Stargazing party (B, L, D)

    09:00 AM- We start our trip by crossingthe desert and we stop in the middle to visit the Bedouin Family.  After that we continue until we reach Ras Al Ruways, which is a small fishing village located in the Ash Sharqiyah governorate where the stunning white sand meets the turquoise open sea. A big cliff with a massive vertical wall is exposed to the elements, layered with different colours of minerals like ribbons. From the top of the cliff you can see pieces of sandstone, which have broken off and fallen into the waves below.

    Observe the annular solar eclipse and Turtle Watching(B, L, D)

    After the breakfast, be ready to witness an annual solar eclipse, happens when the Moon covers the Sun's disk, leaving the Sun's outer edges visible to form a “ring of fire”. The eclipse will start while the sun is still under the horizon at 06:30, then sun will rise with a partial eclipse visible at 06:39, after that an annular eclipse will occur at 07:37 lasting for about 3 minutes and continue as a partial eclipse before it ends at 08:58.

    10:00 AM-We start the trip by driving towards Al Ashkarah then to Jaalan Bani Bu Ali,which is famous with it is traditional souq. Photo Stop at Al Hamoda Mosque. Build in a beautifully simplistic style, the mosque’s 52 domes have hidden provision for ventilation. The domes, along with palm trees in the courtyard, contrast vividly with the blue of the sky. After that we will continue until we reach Ras Al Hadd, has been home to human activity since the third millennium BC and serves as a safe haven for ships from storms. Fighter planes took shelter in it in during World War II and the marks of the runways still exist today. Turtles come here, especially to Ras Al Jinz beach in WilayatRas Al Hadd to lay eggs in summer particularly.  Guests can enjoy swimming in the pristine beach, relax and in the evening after dinner we will take you for turtle watching at the reserve

    Experience the coastline and majestic mountains of Oman (B, L)

    08:30 AM- We start our trip by driving towards Sur,one of the ancient Omani cities. It is a city that has played a prominent and distinguished role in maritime commercial activity across the Indian Ocean, the Arabian Sea and the Sea of Oman, forming a business and cultural bridge between the Arabian Peninsula, India, South East Asia and Africa. Sur Port is amongst the oldest ports, where more thanone hundred and fifty sailing vessels docked daily during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. Then we will drive to Wadi Tiwi,it is spread over an area of 36 kilometers (22.37 miles) at the foot of the mountain village of Mibam. It is a fertile wadi that meanders through severalagricultural villages which grow dates and bananas overlooking the majestic mountains. You can also see the valley below, and the azure waters of the sea from some elevated locations. Lastly we go towards Wadi Shab,you’ll doubtlessly enjoy the adventurous journey through Wadi Shab, as you can only meander through certain areas by boat, or take pleasure in a refreshing hike through this mountainous region. (Please bring appropriate trekking shoes, sturdy and comfortable as our path will be rocky but will be an easy trek. Don’t forget your sunscreen cream/lotion, hat/cap and shades) upon reaching the wadi you can swim and enjoy the refreshing water. After that we head back the same direction and will have lunch at local restaurant. Then we drive back to Muscat and drop off to the hotel.

    Muscat City Tour (B, L)

    Your English Speaking Guide, will assist you towards our vehicle and tour of Muscat starts by driving towards Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque (Masjid), one of the most beautiful architectural piece of work. The mosque was built over a period of 6 years from 1995 to 2001. The main chandelier is made of pure Swarovski crystal and the carpet adorning the large prayer hall was woven by experts, made of pure Persian silk. The mosque (Masjid) exterior is constructed with quality Rajasthani sandstone and the main halls as well as the small prayer rooms are adorned with the finest Italian Marble. The Mosque (Masjid) is surrounded by 5 minarets, each of which symbolizes the holy five vows taken by every devout Muslim to reinforce his faith in the Almighty*Please adhere to the dress code when visiting the Mosque.Then we continue by driving via waterfront corniche to MuttrahSouq, one of the most popular souqs in the Middle East. Take a walk in its labyrinthine alleyways beckoning with a myriad of merchandise, from imported fabrics to exotic Oriental spices, perfumes and richly handcrafted Artifacts. A visit to this frenetic, pulsating hub of Muscat’s old quarter makes for a delightful experience. Then we will continue to our next stop which is Al Alam Palace, the official residence of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said the ruler of Oman. The palace is an architectural marvel for both its design and its location between the twin Portuguese forts Mirani and Jalali (A brief photograph stop from outside only). Then finally will visit one museum. After the tour will drop you to the hotel.
